Returns

  1. Subject to approval and the points below, Elekzon Pty Ltd offers the facility to provide a full refund of the amount paid for product(s) returned within 30 days when they are accompanied with proof of purchase such as the original order email confirmation.

  2. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund without prior approval.

  3. Product(s) must:

    • be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories

    • be in new, unused condition suitable for resale

    • must not have been damaged during the time in your possession

    • Only non-sale regular priced product(s) may be refunded. Sale product(s) cannot be refunded.

     

  4. To arrange a return, please email our online Sales Support team at returns@elekzon.com.au or call 02 9157-4268 (Mon-Fri, 9.00am-5.00pm EST).

  5. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your product(s).

  6. If you are shipping product(s) with a value over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Elekzon cannot guarantee it will receive your returned product(s).

  7. Please note:

    • Product(s) that has been installed will not be accepted for a change of mind refund or replacement.

    • Product(s) may differ from pictures on the website due to natural variations in colour, finish and scale of the image.

Refunds

  1. We will notify you by email once the returned product(s) are received.

  2. We will inspect the product(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.

  3. If the return is approved then a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used or to the original method of payment.

  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund amount will not include shipping. The shipping amount will be deducted from your original order total.

  5. Returns and refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
