Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within 1- 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, please refer to our shipping policy for detailed delivery times.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, please contact our friendly lighting consultants by email or call the office between 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri, we are here to answer any lighting questions you may have.

Do you offer trade accounts?

We offer NET 30 day accounts to qualified trade customers. Please note, you will need to complete an application and return back to our accounts department for review, before being approved. You can email accounts@elekzon.com.au for more information.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes you can find us at our main office / showroom 16 Pike St, Rydalmere NSW 2116. Please book an appointment for your visit to ensure the best experience.

What is the warranty?

The warranty period varies from product to product, but ranges from 3-5 years. This is a replacement warranty, our aim is to work closely with every contractor to ensure that our products meet their standards.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for regular goods purchased from elekzon. Made-to-order or on-sale goods cannot be returned. For more details, please review our return policy and procedures.
