Free Returns

If you no longer require any unused product you purchased, or you're not 100% satisfied, you can return them to us for a full credit. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, in saleable condition and packed in a suitable outer carton.

Once your return is received and processed in the elekzon warehouse (usually within 48 hours of receipt here), you will receive a credit for the items you returned.

How to Return

1. Call us on (02) 9157 4268 or email hello@elekzon.com.au
2. We will then organise collection of your products
3. You will receive a con note to print out
4. Place the items in a suitable cardboard box and ensure that its package correctly
5. Leave your delivery at the front door / where your deliveries are normally left
6. Our courier will collect it from you!
